Empower Her: Higher Education Mentorship Initiative is a free mentorship program connecting women with mentors who have already navigated university, college, or trades pathways. Our goal is to reduce barriers, build confidence, and provide practical guidance for your next steps.

Our mentorship program currently runs on our slack channel (available on computer or phone). Upon acceptance, you will be sent a link to join slack.

JOIN OUR PROGRAM AS A MENTEE

Who can apply?
Self-identifying women of any age in BC, including first-generation students and anyone facing uncertainty or barriers to higher education.

Program Includes: 

  1. A personalized 6 week mentorship match

  2. Access to resources tailored to your goals and school of interest 

  3. Invitation to participate in workshops, networking, and future events

  2. Be willing to help others by sharing your story of what worked for you
